Kim was nervously tapping her foot in the back room of a local supermarket chain. Kim has been caught shoplifting, and her mother and the store manager step in. Despite her mother’s reprimands, the manager lets her go without calling the cops, and Kim eventually receives a pass. Meanwhile, Howard Hamlin’s opulent and OCD-driven clean lifestyle. He shares a home with his wife. However, based on their little screen time together, things do not appear to be going well. The fervor is no longer visible. Howard’s excitement, on the other hand, is sparked by his investigator. He’s been following Saul for quite some time. Lalo pays a visit to one of Werner’s men. From the sculpture he took from Margarethe’s house in the previous episode, he obtains the maker’s address. The man flees, injuring Lalo and demands to know his identity. Lalo deceives the man and pins him down in order to learn more about “what Fring is building down there” (referring to the meth lab).

The real Csimior, whom he meets at a wine shop, has a cast on his left hand, much to his surprise and dismay. Saul’s images with the false Casimiro clearly show him without a cast on his left hand. In a panic, he phones Kim and tells her about the situation. She is surprised. Despite Saul’s pleas that she stay for the presentation, Kim returns to Albuquerque to put the plan into action.
