In “Power Book II: Ghost,” a new “badass queenpin” has arrived, and her name is Noma. In typical “Power” flair, the spinoff series’ season three debut features the most dramatic introduction of one of its newest cruel characters.  The opening sequence of the episode concludes with Noma amputating a woman’s hand in order to obtain a blue diamond ring that had been auctioned off and that her fiancé, Mecca (Daniel Sunjata), was going to gift her before he was slain.
