After an 11-year run, the American television series The Walking Dead has reached the end of its existence. On October 10, the show’s 11th season part 1 finale episode will premiere. The Walking Dead Season 11 Part 2 Release Date

The final season of The Walking Dead will premiere on February 20, 2022, with a new batch of episodes. the second half of Season 11 will consist of eight episodes. The third and final installment is expected to premiere in the second half of 2022. Following a 22 episode effort in season 10, the show’s last season has a hefty 24-episode run.

As per Digital Spy, the synopsis of the upcoming batch of episodes on AMC+ reads, “Many of our heroes fighting imminent hellfire under Reaper attack while others battle mother nature’s torrential wrath in Alexandria. Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Chandler Riggs, Lauren Cohan, Melissa McBride, Danai Gurira, Christian Serratos, and Josh McBermitt are among the cast members of The Walking Dead. As their characters perished, several key actors quit the show. Ian Anthony Dale and Laurie Fortier played significant roles in the 11th season.

Fear The Walking Dead and The Walking Dead: World Beyond will still be available to Walking Dead fans. However, World Beyond will only have one more season, which is now airing. Coming in February of next year.

While The Walking Dead may be coming to an end, a new spin-off series may be on the way. AMC has already greenlit a spin-off involving Daryl Dixon and Carol Peletier, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan has previously indicated that a Negan spin-off is “being spoken about.”
