The Endgame Season 1 Episode 6 Recap

Director Rogelio has Belock detained and taken into custody after learning that all of Judge Walsh’s witnesses were bribed to cover up for her crimes. He tells a nearby agent not to look too hard for Jamie Alfonzo, who was absolutely uninvolved throughout. Louie and his girlfriend are escorted off the bus and taken to a correctional facility by Doak. As he drives away, Louie tucks a letter inside the front seatback. After Doak, Louie, and his mystery girlfriend get off the bus and find the note Louie stashed, Jamie Alfonzo gets aboard. The note is a Jamaican brochure promising Jamie the ten million dollars he has amassed. After a tough day at work, Val receives a call from Anthony. Lawerence Oliver, the man who could be Isaac Bigby, has become more familiar with him. Lawrence was revealed to be a paid FBI informant, which explains how he got away with killing her mother. Val is lying in bed, having told Anthony that she will not be returning to the house. Elena mulls over whether she should forgive Isaac Bigby or pursue justice. She can’t help but go to Lawrence Oliver’s house and confront him about her mother’s slaying.

While standing on his doorstep, Val queries Oliver about his real identity, and when he tries to claim he has no idea what she’s talking about, she rejects him. Val sobs as she remembers her mother’s generosity, then realizes that killing this man isn’t something her mother would want her to do. Lawrence Oliver, dubbed “Isaac Bigby,” puffs on his cigarette before encouraging Val to go. She calls him sad as she goes out the door, just as he begins coughing and choking, eventually collapsing dead in front of Val. After contacting 911, Val comes at Fort Trotten and interrogates Elena about why she killed Isaac and why she wanted Val present. Elena explains that she wanted to know how they’ll remain interdependent in the future. While they chat, the lights flicker and go out throughout the black site. When Val inquires about what she’s done now, Elena claims to be in the dark as well.
