The finale of Project Runway Season 19 is here with four finalists. During New York Fashion Week, either Chasity Serel, Coral Castillio, Shantall Lacayo, or Kristina Kharlashina will win the grand prize on Project Runway’s season 19 finale show tonight. the first without a host. Tommy Hilfiger has a big ambition for designer Chasity Serel in this exclusive footage from ET. After one of the season’s last challenges, the seasoned fashion entrepreneur delivers one of the greatest accolades to the Houston-based designer.
“So, Chasity, where do you see yourself three to five years from now?” he asks. The young designer responds, “Taking my brand for me, worldwide”, “Not only that, but I see myself as a designer helping the next generation.”
Hilfiger adds his concept after being impressed by her response and, more significantly, her design piece. He says, “I think you’re missing one thing,” he says. “Making costumes for the stars.” “I would love that,” Serel responds.
“If Beyoncé, if [Jennifer Lopez], if Ariana Grande, all of these top performers could see this, you would have orders.” Hilfiger continues.
