Is there a connection between Yellowstone and Tulsa King?

Taylor Sheridan, best known for producing the popular drama Yellowstone, has created other television programs, including Paramount’s Tulsa King. It’s possible that these two shows take place in the same world. In fact, Sheridan’s current television projects—namely, 1923, 6666, and 1883—make up half of the Yellowstone franchise. Although officially an 1883 offshoot, 1883: The Bass Reeves Story is still situated in the same Sheridan universe. Naturally, fans have questioned whether Tulsa King is also situated in the Sheridanverse like these Yellowstone spinoffs. Is there a connection between Yellowstone and Tulsa King?

Taylor Sheridan did, after all, invent an entire world in order to tell the Dutton family’s narrative. it would not be shocking in the least.   Sheridan is the only person who truly connects Tulsa King and Yellowstone, and she does it in a capacity that requires her to collaborate with completely separate teams for each program. Yellowstone and Tulsa King are both considered to be examples of the same subgenre, which is known as the antihero crime drama. Sheridan has not demonstrated any other meaningful relationship between Yellowstone and Tulsa King beyond this one fact. Both Tulsa King and Yellowstone have, up to this point, given no hints about whether or not the two programs take place in the same universe, which strongly suggests that this is not the case. Taylor Sheridan is another person who has remained silent on this issue. TV critic on NPR’s David Bianculli said, In terms of setting, characters, or plot, “Yellowstone” and “Tulsa King” are unrelated. However, Taylor Sheridan, who contributed to the development of both series and has written or co-authored several episodes of each, makes sure to inject each program with the same recipe for success.

Is it possible that Dwight will appear in Yellowstone?

it would be very challenging to include Dwight Manfredi (Sylvester Stallone ) or John Dutton (Kevin Costner)  into either Yellowstone or Tulsa King as cameos. On the other hand, since it’s likely that Yellowstone season 5 will be the last one, a cameo by Stallone’s Dwight Manfredi could be the perfect way to show that Tulsa King is a legacy of the Sheridan universe.
