All Rise Season 3 Episode 7 Recap

While going to hear the decision of a murder trial, Emily and Sara become stuck in an elevator. Once there, Emily’s client learns that he has been found guilty of murder. In an attempt to attack the victim, the victim’s spouse accidentally hits Sara. Sara, who is hurt and in distress, is rushed to the side by Mark and Emily. In another location, Luke Watkins is meeting with Cyrus, a suspect in an arson attack. Luke talks with a fresh client who has been accused of starting a fire. Gloria worries about her sister Maddie and phones Emily. She worries about Maddie’s safety because she believes she is at the mansion of an Internet celebrity. Before moving on to Luke trying and failing to negotiate a plea deal, Sherri is already looking for alternatives because Robin has already enrolled Bailey in expensive daycare.

Amy and Mark joke around about getting engaged at sporting events. They see a hot and run being driven by a huge teddy bear while they dispute. With regard to the alleged arsonist, the prosecutor tries to reach a settlement with Luke. Andre claims that the athlete wants to make a deal because his child served as the team’s mascot. The amount of work Sara still needs to perform for the victim’s family overwhelms her. More accusations are leveled at Luke’s client by the prosecution. Teddy Biswas made a deal with the adolescent and his family, but Andre suddenly enters the courtroom seeking a better arrangement. Teddy declines, and Lola doesn’t seem enthusiastic. When Emily finds Maddie and removes her from the mansion, Maddie is enraged. The prosecution calls an arson investigator back into Judge Marshall’s court, and he leverages Cyrus’ prior employment with Cal Fire against him.

Teddy discovers Sara working on a resignation email after Emily had forced Maddie out of the McMansion. Sara tells Teddy how much tougher it is being a victim’s agent. Teddy tries to reassure her in an odd manner. They have a lovely moment of connection. Only 22 arson investigators work for Los Angeles County, according to Luke’s interview with Cyrus’ old Cal Fire supervisor, who gushes about Cyrus’ abilities as a volunteer firefighter and praises him for being a fantastic person. In dangerous circumstances, Luke discovers his client grabbed a torch believing it was a fire extinguisher. Luke thinks the same investigator may have been at each fire. He questions him after getting the records. According to data, the investigator’s cellphone was present at each fire before it even broke out. Marshall threw out the claim. When Lola becomes irritated with Andre and Teddy, they come to an agreement. Sara is consoled by Mark. Lola and Andre become trapped in an elevator. He wants to discuss their past, of course. the episode concludes with the two of them standing still and not moving even after the doors open.
