Dale sees Meemaw with a suitcase full of cash from the laundromat’s gambling room. He advised Meemaw to place the money in the bank after seeing it, but she couldn’t because it was illicit money. Meemaw afterward gave Sheldon and Missy some money each, and they went on to plan how they would spend it. Geoge, learned that the boosters were considering his friend and coach Wayne for the position of head coach. As a result, he decided to look for work in order to be prepared. He first went to visit Sheldon’s principal at his institution to interview for the role of a head football coach. It was the same job he had previously turned down, but this time he discovered the college no longer had a football team. Later, in the bar, Dale offered George a position at his store so that he could take a break from the labor. To get experience, George began working at Dale’s store at night and on weekends.

Sheldon opted to put the money into his favorite company’s stock. Furthermore, he became overly invested in it and began contacting the company’s phone in order to contact the CEO, or anyone else, but this did not work out for him. Missy, on the other hand, purchased a cotton candy machine and sold candies at her school to make money. However, her little adventure came to an end when the machine became infected with insects. We witnessed Dale split up with Meemaw in the end when she refused to prepare a future with him and he realized she probably didn’t want one at all.
