Where Can I Watch Top Gun Maverick Online And When Will It Be Released?

After 36 years, Tom Cruise reprises his role as Captain Pete “Maverick” Mitchell in Top Gun: Maverick, which hits theatres this weekend! The film, directed by Joseph Kosinski, was set to be released in 2019 but was postponed owing to the pandemic. Maverick returns to the US Navy pilots in the film, training a new group of aviators in preparation for a risky mission. With Admiral Tom “Iceman” Kazansky (Val Kilmer), Maverick’s best friend and erstwhile opponent, Maverick is tasked with training a new group of Top Gun graduates.

Here’s how to watch Top Gun: Maverick if you don’t want to miss the stunning sequel’s premiere.

For the time being, Top Gun: Maverick will only be released in theatres on Friday, May 27, 2022. You may see it at your local movie theatre. After the film’s theatrical run, Top Gun: Maverick will be available on Paramount+, the studio’s streaming service.

Is HBO Max, Hulu, or Netflix showing Top Gun: Maverick?

Because Top Gun: Maverick is a Paramount film, it will not be available to watch on these platforms once it has completed its theatrical run. New releases have a 45-day theatrical run on average before being available on streaming sites. Top Gun: Maverick could be available for streaming around July 11 if Paramount+ keeps the same schedule, though considering it’s a significant release, Paramount may decide to delay it.

For the time being, Top Gun: Maverick is only available in cinemas, but what better way to enjoy an action film than in a theatre?
