CW’s In the Republic of Sarah, New Hampshire managed to beat Gov. Taggart. In the last episode 4, the civilians were again attacked by the banks. Once again all was well in the end. Grover introduces Danny to a new friend, but they have more in common than Danny realizes. Maya (Izabella Alvarez) feels abandoned by everyone in her life, but Luis proves he’s in her corner. Alexis Whitmore (Nicola Correia-Damude) who is Bella’s stepmother, A.J. (Nia Holloway) See you at the choir’s rehearsal. Greylock residents are charged by banks for foreign transactions. Sarah’s (Stella Baker) mother, Ellen (Megan Follows), is ready to go to rehab and needs to be Sarah’s supporter. Danny meets Grover at the motel and learns about Corinne’s past struggles after her departure. Grover forgives Danny as well. Sarah offers Greylock to print her currency, which is backed by Colton to defeat Banks. William laughs at Sarah’s currency plan. Alexis sabotages AJ’s mailbox on the pretext of looking at it. The two find themselves at a completely different place in their affair. Citizens are worried about investing in the new currency. Residents withdraw their US dollars from the bank. Diego’s hardware store is in danger of closing.
Grover warns citizens in a staging area about the dangers of not buying Greylock currency. People bought all the currency. The new currency saved the city. William is determined to send Bella to a boarding school to distance her from the city’s fanatics. Bella (Landry Bender) and Tyler (Forrest Goodluck) are in a romantic relationship throughout the episode. Both shared their love for each other. Alexis accepts the position of police officer. Sarah and Danny see their mother in rehab. They have a touching conversation in which they briefly discuss their past. Danny is shocked when Sarah confesses to being conflicted about Ellen.
