The Good Doctor Season 3 Episode 10 we saw Shaun (Freddie Highmore) visiting his parents, in one of the most heart-touching episodes, the series created ever. Shaun Forgives His Father and After the Death of Shaun’s Father, are very emotional scenes.
Shaun (Freddie Highmore) goes back home to Wyoming to visit his dying father (guest star Michael Trucco) to get some closure and let his father have some as well. But instead, Shaun loses his temper and unloads on his father, telling him he’s a bad person, and that he killed Shaun’s rabbit — and blames him for his brother’s death as well.
After Shaun (Freddie Highmore) tells his father (guest star Michael Trucco) he’s not a good person and blames him for the death of his brother, Steve, Shaun agrees to come back to talk to his father. This time he forgives his father — but his father turns on him, saying Shaun is weak, and that his brother’s death was Shaun’s fault.
Shaun is reeling in the aftermath of a final confrontation with his ailing father, who died shortly after the vicious exchange. Lea (Paige Spara) is there to comfort Shaun as he is overwhelmed by the experience.
