‘The Equalizer’ Season 4 Finale: Is Tory Kittles Leaving the Show?

After a shocking turn of events in the season finale of The Equalizer, viewers were left wondering what would happen to Tory Kittles‘ character, Dante. The romance between Robyn (Queen Latifah) and Dante was put to the test in the Sunday, May 19, episode.

Robyn and Dante were savoring the aftermath of their first kiss and first date when the show began. Their joy was short-lived, though, as Dante got a message from his supervisor giving him a choice: he could either join a task force in Los Angeles or face being dropped from the team in New York.

Robyn first pushed Dante to accept the position, which made him hesitantly meet with his prospective new coworkers. But Robyn realized she didn’t want Dante to leave New York after Mel (Liza Lapira), who chose to withdraw from the team for her own health, had a near-death experience.

Robyn shared her sincere wish for Dante to stay with him when she said, “I need you in my life.” But Dante disclosed that he was on his way to the airport. Robyn told Dante to be careful as he left, capping off their bittersweet parting exchange. Fans were left wondering about Dante’s future on the show after the episode. Is this the end for his character on The Equalizer, or will he go back to New York after finishing his mission? Time will tell.

Is Tory Kittles Leaving The Equalizer?

The heartfelt farewell between Robyn and Dante implies that Kittles’ character will only be gone temporarily rather than leaving the program entirely. As Dante departs New York to begin his new task, the door is still open for his return.

Although Kittles’ future on The Equalizer has not been officially confirmed, the conclusion of the season finale leaves up the possibility that he will return in later installments. To find out for sure if Kittles will be departing the series permanently, fans will have to wait for updates from the show’s producers or Kittles himself. As The Equalizer keeps captivating viewers with its gripping plots and endearing characters, viewers may anticipate more twists and turns in the near future.
