The episode picked up right where we left off. Clark was still hanging above his puzzled bestie. Lana feels irritated because her friendship with Lois is founded on deception. Kyle is concerned that she is seeing someone else because of her conduct, which she keeps hidden from Clark. When Superman is unable to recruit Jon-El, John and Sam propose that the portal to the Inverse World be destroyed. Because their combined powers can shatter the pendant, Clark refuses and releases Tal-Rho. Ally intercepts them and drains Superman’s strength. She and Tal-Rho depart after John holds her off and destroys the pendant. Meanwhile, Jonathan skips school with Jordan and Natalie on his first day back.
She offers him a suit that will prevent him from combining with Jon-El. They head to the mines in search of X-K crystals to fuel the suit, but they lose them as the mines crumble in due to Jordan’s heat vision. Lana, on the other hand, elected to keep her mouth shut at one crucial point, refusing to tell Sarah about her new finding. She got close by starting a conversation about something important, but she immediately changed the subject to an internship at the mayor’s office. Later, Lois expresses her regret to Lana. Jordan’s secret is revealed, and she is given the option of telling her family; however, she does not do so. She resolves to cut ties with the Kent family for the time being after learning about Lana-Rho. Kyle encourages Sarah to perform at a neighbourhood bar’s open mic night. Ally kills the Inverse Tal-Rho by syphoning his power in the Inverse World.
