The FBI actress Missy Peregrym revealed on Friday that she had given birth to a baby girl named Mela Josephine via an Instagram post. She wrote a lengthy message in which she expressed her feelings about having another child. She gave birth to their second child, Mela Joséphine Oakley, in the early morning hours of Monday, June 6. The 40-year-old singer shared a photo of her older son, Otis, snuggling up next to his new baby sister, who arrived in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Peregrym left the most recent season of FBI, where she plays Special Agent Maggie Bell, early to prepare for Mela’s arrival. She also announced that she will be returning to set in a few months. She wrote “@fbicbs is starting up again in a couple of weeks, but I will be returning to work in September.”
