FBI Season 6, Episode 2 Recap

“In Season 6, Episode 2, the team has to deal with the shocking death of Duncan Martin, who was President and CEO of the New York Bank of the Federal Reserve. The person who shot Duncan does not know who they are and leaves the scene in a car. Although two nurses try to help Duncan by giving him first aid, he dies from his injuries.

Because Duncan was so well-known, the case is taken over by the federal government, and the team works hard to find his killer. Once they know that Duncan’s car was stolen after he was shot, they can track it to Queens and find it left there. A dash cam in the car is very important evidence because it shows that Duncan hit a young woman with his car by accident before he was shot.

The team finds out that the young woman who was hurt in the accident was actually being held hostage by the person who took her. She sees a chance to get away and takes it, but she is sadly hit by a car and dies from her injuries. Luke Hopkins, a troubled man with a past of violence, is named by the team as the kidnapper.

During the show, the team is in a race against time to find Hopkins and his last hostage, Gabby, a teenage girl. They end up in a dramatic fight in the Bronx, where Hopkins holds Gabby hostage in a store. Gabby finally gets away from Hopkins after eight years of being held captive after a tense fight.

Sad things happen at the end of the show, and Jubal blames himself for them. Maggie tells him that he did everything he could! The team thinks about the case, and OA decides to take his son Tyler, who has been having personal problems, to therapy.
