Two adventurers (guest stars Dave and Odette Annable), whose marriage has grown stale want to have the ultimate adventure together. Meanwhile, after sleeping for 35 years, widower Brent (guest star Francois Chau), must decide if he is ready to face his grief awake.

Elena promises to follow in her uncle’s footsteps to take care of Rourke Island. Christine, the lady anchoring a news program, comes to Fantasy Island to de-stress. Rourke’s other guests are Mel and Ruby. The imagination of Rourke’s guest, Christine, comes to the fore unexpectedly. Because her overeating is linked to an abusive stepfather who has treated her poorly. Then Roarke does not prompt her to eat the food item. Christine manages to curb her endless hunger so that she can enjoy other things in life again. Ruby, who is battling cancer, comes with her husband. in order to help extend life. But above all it takes them back to their physical forms when they first met.
When Ruby encounters Mel, a young woman jogging on the beach, the two have an attraction. Ruby tells Mel she has never regretted a second of their life together, Mel wants Ruby to live another life she didn’t have. Rourke is shocked at the tattoo, that it is a matter of luck that they joined on the island. In the end, Ruby makes a difficult decision, says goodbye to her husband, and prepares to work with Rourke.
