Larry was upset by Irma’s noisy snoring at night, therefore the episode opened with him coping with it. Meanwhile, the next morning, she was lecturing Leon about properly disposing of rubbish. However, Larry’s life became more adventurous when Irma decided to get the pool fence law repealed by the municipal council so he wouldn’t have to think about it. However, she warned him that it would be difficult because they needed a majority vote. Larry offered to purchase Irma anything she wanted after hearing the good news, and she requested vaginal rejuvenation surgery. While strolling down the street, he noticed a man lying gravely injured on the side of the road after falling off his bike.
He put his jumper on him for warmth and dialed 911. He did, however, forget to return his sweatshirt in the midst of it all. So he returned to the hospital to return the sweater, but the nurse refused. So he scribbled a note for the injured man and promised to return when he was awake. He then proceeded to the plastic surgery section to learn more about the procedure Irma had requested. Irma would be unable to get intimate with him for several weeks as a result of the surgery, much to his astonishment. However, after learning about the adverse effects, Irma changed her mind and decided not to proceed. So Larry requested Susie to persuade Irma to do it by informing her that she had already done it. Susie, on the other hand, instructed Larry to persuade Jeff to buy her an expensive vase.
Meanwhile, Jeff and Larry had already negotiated a price for an exact replica of that vase from Igor’s other business. Larry and Jeff, on the other hand, had some issues with Gregor, a concierge, and Timor, a server at a restaurant that Gregor suggested. As a result of all of this, Igor refused to sell the replica vase. This is when Larry and Jeff had to pay 10 thousand dollars for the original vas. But Larry’s resolve was broken when he spotted the man he had rescued going down the street in his sweater.
Now Larry had to apologize to Igor, Gregor, and Timor for presuming they were triplets, but concealing this information and upsetting Timor and Gregor would have caused Igor to refuse to sell the vase. He eventually persuaded Igor to buy the vase, albeit at full price. He did, however, break that as well. Meanwhile, later that night, Irma informed Larry that she was canceling the operation, which was devastating news for Larry.
