The popular Alone franchise on the History Channel is growing. In August 2022, two brand-new seasons of the popular reality survival series will debut. Six of “Alone’s” most resilient contestants from previous seasons are back for “Alone: Frozen,” putting their survival skills to the test once more. Survivalists will attempt to last fifty days in an area with the densest population of Polar Bears in the United States after being abandoned on the icy North Atlantic Coast of Labrador, Canada, just as winter is setting in. They will contend with howling winds, relentless rain, and North America’s most vicious cold-weather predators while enduring extreme conditions worse than any of the episodes of Alone’s previous seasons. The survivalists who make it to the end with just a few resources and their prior experiences to draw on will receive their share of the $500,000 cash prize.

Fans’ favorites Greg Ovens (season three), Woniya Thibeault (season six), Callie Russell (season seven), Mark D’Ambrosio (season seven), Amós Rodriguez (season seven), and Michelle Finn are among the “Alone: Frozen” survivors who are returning (season eight). Veterans of “Alone” must use their skills, experience, and 10 items to survive 50 brutal days along the frigid and windswept coast of Labrador, Canada.

The first episode of “Alone: Frozen” will air on August 11 at 9 PM ET/PT.
