RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 14 Episode 15 Recap

Is Bosco the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 14 Finale?

The odds are usually in favor of queens who make it to the grand finale after winning the most maxi challenges throughout the season, but Bosco’s three challenge wins aren’t enough for her to be considered a frontrunner, owing to her show’s numerous failures. First, Bosco’s Snatch Game impression of Gwyneth Paltrow fell flat, making her one of the “LaLaPaRuZa’s” bottom-seven queens lip-syncing. The queens continued to choose to go against Bosco in the lip sync smackdown, exposing her as a poor lip syncer. While she had the chance to prove them all wrong, Bosco clearly lost her first two lip syncs and had to fight Jasmine Kennedie to stay in the game.

Bosco competed for the lead role in the “Moulin Ru: The Rusical” competition one episode later, only to underperform and finish last once more. If it hadn’t been for the golden ticket twist, Bosco would have been eliminated after losing his lip sync to Jorgeous. If Bosco makes it to the finals and lip syncs her way to the title, she’ll walk away with a record-breaking $170,000 reward from Drag Race. Bosco’s three maxi challenge wins costing $5,000 each, as well as her two mini challenge wins of $2,500 each, add up to a total of $150,000.

Will Angeria Paris VanMicheals win season 14 of RuPaul’s Drag Race?

When Kornbread “The Snack” Jeté left mid-season due to injury, many spectators expected Ms. VanMicheals would breeze through the rest of the competition. Indeed, if the judges chose to credit all of VanMicheals’ accomplishments, she could have easily won roughly 85 percent of the maxi challenges in season 14. VanMicheals’ two official maxi challenge wins were during the talent show in episode two and the “Super Tease” challenge in episode four, but don’t forget that she slayed at the ball and in the design challenge, could have easily won the girl groups challenge, and had great stage presence in the Rusical.

VanMicheals was certain to lip sync the house down in the “LaLaPaRuZa” smackdown after falling to the bottom with seven other queens due to their poor performances at the Snatch Game. Her one major flaw all season was finishing in the bottom two in the semifinals, but even then, there was no way Ru could keep this queen out of the championship. VanMicheals’ track record is overshadowed by the momentum she was able to maintain throughout the season. VanMicheals has now earned $12,500 on the show thanks to her two maxi challenge wins and one mini-challenge win. She’ll take home $162,500 if she wins Season 14 of the show.

Will Daya Betty win season 14 of RuPaul’s Drag Race Finale?

Betty was introduced during the second episode of season 14 of Drag Race and was eliminated immediately away. When she returned to the competition in episode three, the judges couldn’t seem to separate her from Crystal Methyd and couldn’t figure out what Betty’s individual drag was about. Betty didn’t stand out enough until the “Daytona Wind” acting challenge to place in the top two. During the following show, she returned to the top and was declared the winner of the “1960s girl groups” maxi challenge.

Unfortunately, Betty’s high points can’t make up for her early elimination and the fact that she was eliminated three times – more than any of the other season 14 semifinalists. Betty, on the other hand, slayed the “rumix” task, which came at the perfect time for her to shine on the show. Betty has a better chance of winning the season than Bosco because of this, as well as her “underdog” backstory. Betty’s two maxi challenge wins on Drag Race netted her $10,000. Betty would receive a whooping $160,000 if she were to win this season.

Is Willow Pill the season 14 winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race?

There has been a lot of talent, charisma, nerve, and talent this season, but no clear frontrunner. Pill, on the other hand, has the highest fan support and the best track record for winning Drag Race season 14. Pill is far from being a “look queen” or a “kooky queen,” despite merely winning the ball challenge. Pill fundamentally knows how to compete on Drag Race while also keeping things fun and free, from her strange lip sync song to Enya in the talent competition to her hilarious acting in the “Super Tease” challenge to her powerful performance in the 1960s girl groups challenge. In season 14, there were a few instances where Pill underperformed. Pill went on to win her first round in the “LaLaPaRuZa” smackdown after her pitch-perfect but joke-free impersonation of Drew Barrymore in the Snatch Game. In the semifinals, she dropped to the bottom for the second time and faced VanMicheals – but Pill remained confident and, as expected, brought her whole unique personality to the final lip sync for your life. Pill, like VanMicheals, made RuPaul’s decision to send her home impossible. Pill is coming into the grand finale with just the right amount of momentum to win Drag Race after a tremendous season. Pill earned $5,000 from a maxi challenge win and $2,500 from a mini challenge win throughout Season 14. Pill will win a record-breaking $157,500 if she captures the title and takes home the main prize.

Will Lady Camden win season 14 of RuPaul’s Drag Race?

Camden didn’t have many low points during season 14 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Her only time in the bottom was during this season’s disastrous Snatch Game, and some fans argue that her William Shakespeare impersonation should’ve kept her safe at least that week. As a result, Camden was never able to maintain her momentum throughout the competition. She won the “Daytona Wind” maxi challenge in episode seven for the first time, and she didn’t win again until the Rusical challenge in episode twelve.

Camden then won the “rumix” challenge, giving her a third victory on the track. Flying mostly under the radar on Drag Race isn’t usually a good strategy for queens who want to win the how. Queens who can build and sustain momentum are favoured by judges and fans. They also admire underdogs who fall a few times but always rise stronger than before. Finally, Camden’s storyline in the series was fairly consistent. When it comes to predicting Camden’s chances of winning this season, she appears to be the biggest wildcard heading into the season finale. Camden won three $5,000-a-piece maxi challenges during Season 14. If she wins Drag Race, she will receive a total of $165,000 in cash.
