The first teaser for the fifth season of the popular Western series “Yellowstone” on Paramount Network depicts the Dutton family preparing for battle.
During the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, Yellowstone fans received a present. On Sunday, August 28, during the live awards broadcast from the Prudential Center in New Jersey, Paramount unveiled the first teaser for Yellowstone Season 5. The preview, which lasts only 16 seconds, opens with Kevin Costner‘s John Dutton saying, “We’ll show the world who we are, and what we do,” in his distinctive gravelly voice. Additionally, Fans catch glimpses of each of the Dutton siblings Beth (Kelly Reilly), Jamie (Wes Bentley), Kayce (Luke Grimes), and of course, Beth’s new husband, the cold-blooded Rip (Cole Hauser) who are among our favorites. What will happen in “Yellowstone” Season 5?
Jamie’s ability to accept shooting his biological father will be tested. Should we anticipate him to be in jail considering Beth has so much evidence hanging over his head, or will she just use it as collateral? Can a couple like Rip and Beth truly make a marriage work? Was Monica’s (Kelsey Asbille) breakup or the end of the Dutton family as we know it foreshadowed by Kayce’s wolf vision of “the end of us”? There are still so many unanswered questions, and judging by this teaser, we will at least receive some of them during the two-hour debut in November.
“Yellowstone” Season 5 Cast
Kevin Costner, Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, Jefferson White, Forrie Smith, Denim Richards, Ian Bohen, Finn Little, Ryan Bingham, and Gil Birmingham make up the ensemble cast of the series. Mo Brings Plenty, Wendy Moniz, Jen Landon, and Kathryn Kelly have been promoted to series regulars. Along with Jacki Weaver, Kylie Rogers, and Kyle Red Silverstein returning for season 5, Josh Lucas will play young John Dutton. Kai Caster, Lainey Wilson, Lilli Kay, and Dawn Olivieri will also join the ensemble team.
The fourth season debut of Yellowstone on the Paramount Network had the highest rating on cable, drawing more than 14 million viewers overall. More than 10 million people watched the season four finale. Fans may catch up on the entire series over the long Labor Day weekend in advance of the release. The whole season of Yellowstone will be broadcast on Paramount Network every day beginning at 11/10c from Friday, September 2, to Monday, September 5.
