Virgin River follows Melinda “Mel” Monroe, working as a midwife and nurse practitioner in the California city of Virgin River to start her life anew. She works with her doctor, Mullins (Tim Matheson), in the rustic cabin. Her life takes a turn when she meets Jack, a local restaurant bar owner and former Marine who suffers from PTSD. In the second season, the two become closer. But their romance is set on fire when Charmaine Roberts comes between the two, who is pregnant with Jack. In the finale of season two, the two became one. Virgin River Season 3 Release Date
Netflix premiered the first season of Virgin River on December 6, 2019 with a 10-episode run. Virgin River would be so popular with fans that it beat The Crown in the streaming rankings. Its second season (10-episode) was released on November 27, 2020. The same year, a 10-episode third season was ordered, which will premiere on July 9, 2021 at 3PM ET. 10 episodes, ending at the same time. Seasons 1 and 2 are currently available to stream.
