In the previous episode 9 of “Van Helsing”, Axel and Vanessa encounter a shadowy demon while Axel is in a deep dream. they shocked when the smoke and sackcloth disappear, the shadows reveal themselves as Vanessa. Darkness – Vanessa attacks the heroes, but Vanessa does not fight, she accepts the darkness and absorbs it. sends Axel back to his sleeping body in the woods. She walks through the portal and reaches D.C. What’s going to happen next? Will she team up with her daughters to defeat The Dark One. To see that, we’ll have to wait for episode 10 (titled: “E Pluribus Unum” )of the fifth and final season of Van Helsing, coming out next week.
