This year, Yeon Sang-ho will return us to his dystopian rendition of South Korea in the new film Train to Busan Presents Peninsula where governments have been destroyed by an infection.

On April 2, 2020, Well Go USA released the official mystery trailer for the foreseen film.
Synopsis: “Four years after South Korea’s total decimation in TRAIN TO BUSAN, the zombie thriller that captivated audiences worldwide, acclaimed director Yeon Sang-ho brings us PENINSULA, the next nail-biting chapter in his post-apocalyptic world. An official release date has not been declared, Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula is relied upon to come out this year in the US and Canada through Well Go USA.
First release: August 30, 2020 (Hong Kong)
