Dr. Barrett Cain underwent life-saving surgery on AJ’s mother. He is back at Chastain Park Memorial Hospital. Dr. AJ Austin greets and finally says, “They can work under one roof”. Jake and her husband, Greg, formally adopted Sammie. Billy comes home to find his son in his apartment. Devon and Leela kiss, At the end of the episode, at Conic’s house, Conrad (Matt Czuchry) and Nic stare at their daughter Gigi while they sleep. This was a big moment in their relationship.
