Amazon Prime series Developed by Eric Kripke, The Boys season 1 aired in July 2019. After a long year, The second season of the Boys will arrive on September 4, 2020. The news came from Patton Oswalt who is joining the cast in season 2.
There are eight episodes in total. The Boys season 2 will release the first three episodes on Sept 4 on Amazon Prime and then the next five episodes available each Friday, so the last one should air on October 9, if that schedule holds.
The Boys Season 2 meet Stormfront
On June 26, Amazon shared a new teaser for The Boys season 2, showing a new female superhero, named Stormfront played by Aya Cash joining the team.

It focuses on a team of vigilantes who take self-serving superheroes down a peg or two. Star Trek star Karl Urban is the leader of the vigilantes, called The Boys. The superheroes, who are warped by fame and various vices, are called The Seven.
