The season 4 finale of Station 19 ended on a cliffhanger when Maya Bishop (Danielle Savre) was sacked as a captain when she decided to utilize a fire engine to get an eight-year-old to the hospital faster and save his life when there were no AID cars available to transport him. Maya’s superiors were dissatisfied with her work as captain, therefore this choice did not sit well with them. The lives of the Seattle firemen undergo some unforeseen twists in the fourth season.  The firefighter spinoff is gearing up for even more drama as Dean comes to terms with his love for Vic and Travis (Jay Hayden) rekindles an old flame. He rekindles his relationship with Emmett, Andy, and Sullivan’s (Boris Kodjoe) marriage is in jeopardy.

Vic’s romantic interest is Theo Ruiz, played by Carlos Miranda, a newly promoted series regular. Vic, Dean, and Ruiz’s love triangle is an ongoing storyline that will continue in the new season. it seems that Vic and Theo will have a promising future ahead of them.

Station 19 Episode 501 Synopsis: Relationships are challenged at Station 19 following Sullivan’s actions at Maya and Carina’s wedding, putting his marriage with Andy to the test. Dean comes to terms with his feelings for Vic, while Travis rekindles an old flame. The annual Phoenix Festival brings out some reckless behavior in some of Seattle’s citizens, challenging the teams at Station 19 and Grey Sloan Memorial.

Station 19 Season 5 Episode 1 Release Date

‘Station 19′ Season 5 Episode 1 will release on  September 30, 2021, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. The episodes are 42-43 minutes long each. The rest of the crossover episode from the premiere will run immediately following Grey’s Anatomy season 18, episode 1. Jaina Lee Ortiz as Andrea Herrea, Danielle Savre as Maya Bishop, Boris Kodjoe as Robert Sullivan, Okieriete Onaodowan as Dean Miller, Grey Damon as Jack Gibson, Jay Hayden as Travis Montgomery, and Barrett Doss as Victoria Hughes are all to return for Station 19 season 5. Carlos Miranda, who plays Theo Ruiz, and Stefania Spampinato, who plays Carina DeLuca, have been promoted from recurring to series regulars for Season 5. Chandra Wilson, who plays Miranda Bailey on Grey’s Anatomy, has renewed her contract with the long-running medical drama and is expected to make more appearances.
