Snowfall Season 5 Episode 3 Recap

When Franklin announced that Grady was gone and Teddy aka Reed was back, she knew she was in trouble. Because their pricing was still higher than their Colombian competitors, Louie resisted and demanded to speak directly with Teddy. But when Louie questioned what Teddy had done to his father Alton, Franklin didn’t enjoy the inquiry. Louie, her husband, and their crew reluctantly met with Mello, Skully’s lieutenant, to present the update. Because it was Skully’s late daughter Tianna’s birthday, Mello consented to deliver the message. We all saw what Mello meant when he chanted Bible verses at one of his slaves who was bound and blindfolded. When Louie and Jerome saw Skully, they saw him slash the same man’s ear with a sword. Sleet, snow, and Franklin As a result of his violent behavior against his own employee, Skully knew he had made his point about how he treated anyone who disappointed or betrayed him.

Less likely, were the naked guys with cardboard signs around their necks, linked to Skully’s “sins.” Louie and Jerome debated whether they should wait for him to self-destruct or try to overthrow him with Mello. They chose the latter and asked Dallas and Black Diamond to leverage their past stripper contacts to instil Mello with grandiose fantasies. Thankfully, a lovely and petty exotic dancer named Puff the Magic Dragon immediately got Mellow to fling his money around and brag that he would be in power soon. He promised Louie and Jerome Skully would kill them after their next narcotics trade. In exchange for killing Mello’s boss, Skully, Mello offered to pay a couple of thousand dollars more per key. Mr. Mello claimed he could’ve spent twice as much as Louie on the hit, so Louie doubled the fee. Skully’s psychic was going to talk to Tianna’s spirit on her birthday, and Jerome and Louie got there first. As proof, Mello was given Skully’s jewelry by Louie and Jerome. But it was all a ruse, and Skully discovered Mello was the serpent Louie and Jerome had described.

Louie also revealed that they chose to tell Skully because he didn’t shoot her in the hospital. Skully thanked them and agreed to pay the original fee for his cocaine keys. His thugs took Mello and his son through unimaginable suffering, then urged Louie and Jerome to keep Mello’s $100,000 since it was bad luck. Despite the Skully issue being rectified, Louie had to deal with creepy Buckley, the hired narcotics investigator who demanded intel to make arrests and satisfy his masters. Louie wanted to give Buckley what he wanted, but she couldn’t since Skully had Mello. And this flaw will likely bite Louie in the bum. Snow, Teddy Her only companion till then was an irritated Franklin, who praised her and Jerome for taming Skully but admonished them for going rogue. Franklin agreed with Teddy that Louie and Jerome’s desire to be their own bosses was troublesome. (Humph. What will Franklin do when he discovers Teddy is supplying cheaper cocaine to their Colombian competitors? Of yet, none of this pleased Louie. She could be a leader because she and Jerome had handled things when Franklin was recovering. Plus, the Skully scenario and her shooting happened because Franklin picked Manboy over Skully, which backfired horrifically. Instead, Louie clenched her teeth and Jerome didn’t defend her, partly because she kept him in the dark about the CIA’s drug source. Because Franklin is still their employer, Louie has to bear the loss alone.
