Pivoting Season 1 Episode 9 Recap

When the ladies find that friends are making movies for an adult website, they jump at the chance to try something new. It makes sense for Henry to be drawn to a more maternal side of his wife. It’s even more fitting that she’s turned on by him putting on a show at work. Sarah takes a little more direct approach to learning of a potential supplementary source of money and chooses to start her own side hustle—but just below the ankle. To the list of things she’s still a little naive about, we can add men’s internet foot fetishes. Sarah and Jodie had a wonderful little moment here, one of the few that would pass muster in a more family-friendly situation. Jodie is frequently referred to as “uncool,” yet the text is sincere in assuring us that she may be the best friend of all.
