Remy, Betsy, and Mikey Scott are the children of Betsy Scott. In FBI: Most Wanted Season 3, Episode 17, “Covenant,” Remy claimed that his brother Mikey was a talented high school athlete before he traveled to Florida for spring vacation and never returned. Local cops suspected Larry, a transient, but didn’t have enough evidence to put him in jail. Mikey was discovered dead in Larry’s tent, and Remy joined the FBI two months later.
Remy Scott’s personal tragedy drives him throughout FBI: Most Wanted, and it’s plausible to imagine his mother and sister felt the same way. Catherine Wolf, who plays Betsy Scott, recently appeared in an 11-episode recurrence on Showtime’s murder thriller City on a Hill as Rosa Congemi. But, like many FBI guest stars, she has a long history of appearing on other Dick Wolf productions, which will come as no surprise to TV viewers.
Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Law & Order: Trial by Jury have all featured the actress as a guest star. Her debut appearance was in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’s first season!
