Kirby (Maddison Brown) is still in the hospital two weeks later. Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) and Sam tell her the truth about her father’s death as she exits. She is unaffected and asks for a modeling position, which Fallon is more than happy to provide. Kirby freaks out during the shoot because her water is missing. When Fallon discovers it, he knows the bottle contains vodka. Kirby stumbles and realizes she requires assistance. Sam admits to Fallon that she needs help as well, but she rejects it and ends up crying after reading Anders’ letter. Fallon and Kirby pay a visit to the grave and reminisce about the past. Kirby agrees to attend treatment.
Dominique (Michael Michele) takes matters into her own hands in order to promote her clothing line, and it pays off. Jeff begins to doubt his ability to create space and speaks up because he believes it is something that needs to happen as a black guy. Blake’s bargain falls apart, and he goes out to seek explanations, only to discover that he can no longer function effectively without Anders. Adam fires a hospital employee and then takes his research by claiming the hospital owns it. It’s difficult because he did it solely to keep his job.
