Claremont Murders: Where Is Bradley Roberts Edwards Now?

The crime show The Claremont Murders is a great example of how real crime and interesting stories can work together. This show follows the mystery of three young women who went missing from the streets of Claremont in the late 1990s. It takes fans on a 25-year journey of police investigations, unexpected turns, and the capture of a notorious killer. With great acting from Kate Ritchie, Erik Thompson, Ryan Johnson, and Jeremy Lindsay Taylor, the show not only brings the scary story to life but also shows how fear has affected a community for a long time.

Who is Bradley Roberts Edwards?

Bradley Roberts Edwards is known as the notorious Claremont serial killer. Edwards grew up in the Perth suburb of Huntingdale. He then started down a dark road that would terrorize Western Australia for decades.

Edwards worked as a worker at Telstra for most of his life, and his bad intentions became clear early on. Theft of underwear from bedrooms and clotheslines pointed to a troubling trend. In 1990, he attacked a worker at Hollywood Hospital. The reason given was relationship problems, which led to two years of probation and placement in a program for sex offenders.

When Edwards kidnapped and raped a 17-year-old girl in Karrakatta Cemetery in 1995. Surprisingly, Edwards avoided being caught even though the victim got away and DNA proof was collected at a nearby hospital.

In 1996 and 1997, Edwards kidnapped and killed Jane Rimmer and Ciara Glennon, which made everyone in the town afraid all the time. Edwards continued to avoid justice by blending in with society even though he was suspected but not charged with the loss of Sarah Spiers, who was 18 years old.

During the 25 years that the investigation lasted, Edwards changed his life by getting married again, becoming a dad, and even helping out at his stepdaughter’s Little Athletics club. Edwards committed many horrible crimes, like kidnapping, sexual attack, and murder, which showed a deep-seated mental illness that the police couldn’t figure out for decades.
