The brand new promo for the sixth season of 9-1-1 hints at a big catastrophe

Does the 9-1-1 universe ever have a day where everything goes their way? The first teaser trailer for the upcoming sixth season of 9-1-1 was released by Fox on Monday (Aug 8), and it is very easy to draw one major conclusion from it: Nothing is ever going to be quiet within the city of Los Angeles. Another catastrophe is going to take place, and it doesn’t matter how it happens.

On the procedural show, we’ve witnessed a variety of natural disasters in the past, including earthquakes, blackouts, and tsunamis. However, the fifth season of the show concluded with a ceremony in which Hen and Karen renewed their wedding vows. But the exclusive new promo suggests that the show’s first big-ticket disaster will involve a flaming blimp that looks to crash land in a soccer stadium.
