Finally, Ben undergoes surgery to his testicles. Andy Harera (Jana Lee Ortiz) arrives at the hospital to support him. Meanwhile, Carina Deluca (Stephania Spampinato) and Maya Bishop (Danielle Savare) were on the verge of breaking up. Maya shared that she never told her father that she was gay. However, Carina admitted that she never wanted to get married. And disagrees to marry Maya, but eventually on the way to the airport, Carina changes her mind, going back to Italy.
