The Flash Season 7 Episode 16 Recap

Godspeed Wars is one such fascinating direction that added excitement to the gloomy season. Barry (Grant Gustin) has a dream about Nora, in which his future is in danger. John Diggle (David Ramsey) is there to help Barry trap the Godspeed: Drone. Joe, who needs Barry’s help in his quest for “Prime August Heart” (Karan Oberoi) but he refuses, is taken in a Godspeed drone. Barry finds Dion, who is mysteriously protecting Iris via makeshift planes. Frost, Cecil, Diggle, and Frost search for a forgotten heart. Diggle vows to solve the problem

After Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) treats Esperanza (Alexa Barajas Plante), Allegra refuses to help her stop the other remnants of the black hole. She agrees to join Esperanza because of Barry’s actions, even if only to see her cousin pass away. Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Kramer survived a car bomb planted in their vehicle. The evil Metahuman betrays Kramer, Creyke (Julian Black Antelope), and his ability to experiment. Joe tells Kristen Kramer (Carmen Moore) to bring Creyke to the book instead of killing him and arrests him.

A memorable moment for Barry and Cecil (Danielle Nicolet) in S.T.A.R at the end of the episode, Barry’s future child, Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy), arrives with Bart Allen (guest star Jordan Fisher), in 2049. Eventually, Barry and Nora have a complete reunion, assuring her that everything will be alright. Barry is introduced to his brother, Barry Allen.
