Power Book III: Raising Kanan: Season 1 Episode 3 Release Date & Preview + Photo (Updated)

The third series in the Power Universe, the original show, and the prequel to the events of Power Book II: Ghost, made a splash in the first episode. We know no one is safe within the Power Universe, and everyone is part of the game. As fans are desperate to see, how Kanan got lost in the dark alleys? And what factors forced him to become a villain? This season will put more emphasis on mother/son. Rising Kanan has covered 2 episodes till now, we see, 15-year-old Kanan (Mekai Curtis) is assigned the job of babysitting at the stash house. He doesn’t like it Howard conspires with Unique (Joey Bada$$) to become the Kingpin of Jamaica. The “truth” is revealed about D-Wiz, Raq decided to kill him. Davina (Lovie Simone) confronts Kanan. Will Jukebox tell Kanan what she saw? Marvin is in a new romance. On the other hand, Raq deepened his feeling. she employs Lou Lou (Malcolm Mays) to get Kanan away from killing Buck 20.

Power Book 3 Episode 3 will be released on Sunday, August 1, from 8:00-9.00 p.m. ET on Starz. Power Book 3 Raising Kanan: Season 1 Episode 2 Recap

In this episode we get Raquel giving her son knowledge about life: Raquel has so many problems on her hands so frightened for her son’s safety that she decides to take Kanan to high school. The high-school struggle continues.  Inside the principal’s office, Kanan consoles Davina, disrupting Kanan’s choice to shoot the shot. The aggression shown towards Davina’s mother and her daughter makes her realize that they have a difficult life at home. Kanan and his team are on the wheel when Davina and her mother are taken out of the building under the safety of the school. Jukebox reminds Blox that Davina’s boyfriend had died. Meanwhile, Kanan looks towards the outside door of the school without saying anything.

Raquel loses territory to Unique and Kanan is targeted. So she works with her brothers Lu Lu (Malcolm Mays) and Marvin (London Brown) to solve problems. Meanwhile, Marvin throws up ridiculous concepts, on the contrary, they aim to find a business to cover his business. Marvin annoys his siblings with ridiculous things.

At a cemetery, Raq and Unique meet again, with Unique (Joey Bada$$ stating that he is not responsible for anything that happened to Kanan on the streets. Someone must pay for Buck Twenty’s death, but his son will not. Raquel allows Kanan to keep company and tells her to invite De Vis. Throughout the episode, there are several indications that something is about to happen. Before reaching Kanan’s house, Lu Lu invited him to a celebration in the evening.

Symphony (Toby Sandeman) prepares to meet Marvin in the evening Davina (Lovie Simone), a grieving girlfriend, meets with Kanan about the neglect of the local newspaper. And asks if he was behind the murder. Canaan outright forbids. we finally see Detective Malcolm Howard (played by Omar Epps) talk privately with Unique. Kanan is promoted to the stash home. We know that Raq is always one step ahead of his son. Keeping her at home in hiding was to her defense, Kanan tells her mother to reverse her decision, so she shares excerpts from her coming-of-age drug-queenpin story. By the end of the episode, they reveal that Lu Lu Ne D Wiz dies by order of Raq.
