Overlord Season 4 Episode 6 Recap

After destroying all the so-called unassailable dwarven defenses, the Quangoas kill the dwarves in Feo Jera. The valiant frontline troops seal the gates to the dwarven kingdom’s capital just seconds before an invasion. Quangoas realize this is a momentary setback because the gate won’t last long. Meanwhile, the military leader of the dwarven realm is apprehensive about the upcoming wave of invasions. Before he could plot a counterattack, he discovers that a zombie from an unknown region is there to discuss the Quangoa. Aainz finally talks to the commander and offers military support to secure the dwarven dominion. The leader accepts his help. However, he tells Aainz he must discuss trade plans with the Regency Council. Aainz sends two undead warriors to kill all Quangoas near Feo Jera. Despite reaching their goal, they die when Quangoas destroy the bridge they’re battling on. The Regency Council is the dwarven kingdom’s governing body. Previously, the dwarven royal family handled everything. Two millennia ago, Evil deities attacked Feo Berkana’s old capital. The lone royal survivor joined the armed resistance after others were slaughtered. Before leaving, he gave all administrative responsibilities to the Regency Council, which is still in charge.

The Regency Council consists of eight figures who administer the dwarven country. Aainz tells its members about his plan to protect Feo Jera and reclaim their ancient capital. He’ll give military aid if the dwarven kingdom trades with the Sorcerer Kingdom. He’ll take minerals and runesmiths to make his realm the rune technology leader. With an army of Quangoas ready to slay them, the Regency Council accepts all of Aainz’s terms. After the Regency Council accepts Aainz’s terms, the Sorcerer Kingdom emperor boosts runesmiths’ confidence. He meets with them directly. He explains why he’s restoring ancient dwarven technology. He presents them with his lovely sword to honor their forefathers. His honest, uplifting statement offers runesmiths hope that rune technology may survive in the Sorcerer Kingdom. They leave the dwarven kingdom to work for Aainz. Gondo Firebear listens quietly. Already inspired by Aainz’s desire to resurrect ancient technologies, it appears he will achieve his goals now that discussions are complete. Gondo volunteers to help Aainz and his colleagues in the ancient capital. Momonga advises him not to go on the perilous excursion. Gondo tells him there’s a royal family runecrafting book in the old city. He wants to join him so they can obtain the vital book, which could revive rune technology. Aainz takes Gondo to the old capital despite the difficult journey.
