NCIS Season 19 Episode 13 Recap
Dr. Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen, who co-wrote the episode with Scott Williams) and his late wife, Breena (Michelle Pierce), begin the show with a heartbreaking chat. Victoria, Jimmy’s daughter, paid a visit to the office in episode 13. At Quantico, the crew looked into the mysterious death of an intruder. The man was a member of a radical group that was planning a bioterror attack. Meanwhile, Jimmy and Kasie came across the biotoxin sample that the radicals planned to use and unknowingly inhaled it. As a result, the lab had to be sealed down, prompting Kasie to consider her future at NCIS in light of her recent run-in with danger. Carol Wildon, an old CDC friend, was also enlisted by the NCIS to assist in the development of a biotoxin antidote. Torress, on the other hand, kept Victoria engaged with computer games and other diversions. The crew eventually found an antidote and killed the extremist group’s alleged leader. Vance and Parker informed the group that the true leader was still on the loose, as Jimmy and Kasie healed at the hospital. At the end of the episode, McGee, Vance, Torres, Knight, and Parker leave Palmer and Kasie to rest in the hallway. Vance says, “We didn’t get the Raven.” It wasn’t the leader who was with Yuri. A note addressed to Special Agent Alden Parker and his team arrived in the mail, stating “Nevermore.”
"The Helpers" was on again tonight. Love the scene where Victoria tells the details about the school fight.. and Jess' response. Self defence and consent! ♥️🤜 #ncis
