[Series Finale] The Goldbergs Season 10 Episode 22 Recap: Bev’s high school Reunion

It’s time to say goodbye. Can you believe it? The iconic 1980s family sitcom The Goldbergs is saying goodbye to the decade with a bang! After 10 seasons and 229 episodes, it’s time to draw the curtain on this amazing journey. The series finale of #TheGoldbergs was straight-up Back to the Future vibes! So, in the last episode of the series called Bev to the Future, Adam (played by Sean Giambrone) decides to mess with his mom Beverly’s (played by Wendi McLendon-Covey) love life. When he takes his mother to her high school get-together, he’s determined to make sure she doesn’t end up with the guy he thinks is no good (guest star Rob Corddry). Oh, and speaking of family stuff, Barry (Troy Gentile) and Joanne (Beth Triffon) take measures to demonstrate the seriousness of their love. (tvacute.com) Here is all you need to know about the conclusion of The Goldbergs Series Finale, in case you missed the episode.

The Goldbergs Season10 Episode 22 Recap

In the climactic episode, Adam joined his mother, Beverly, at her high school reunion, where she reconnected with George, an ex-boyfriend she had previously been seeing. Adam was troubled by the fact that his mother was moving on from his father, and he did all in his power to prevent Bev and George from rekindling their romance in order to prevent his mother from falling in love with the wrong man. But Adam eventually came back and asked George to baby Muriel’s first birthday party after having an emotional conversation with his mother.

Barry and Joanne fled to show to all that they’re a serious couple, and Adam and his fiancée Carmen left in his uncle’s DeLorean (maybe a good omen for their future together). The episode wasn’t meant to be the series finale, so if it felt like it closed certain loose ends while leaving others open, that’s because it did.
