Wayne has a run-in with someone from his past who wants to use him to gain access to the show, and Nick is distracted by his visiting daughter. Meanwhile, Mike enlists Paula’s help to make his ex-wife jealous and Gabby tries a dating app.

A last dress rehearsal for the Black Swan production kicks off Episode 3. In the past, Monica’s hopes of becoming the White Swan are dashed when she injures her leg and misses her big shot. Returning to the present, Nick directs traffic behind the camera, giving Wayne his lines as he announces to the gang that they’ll be performing for the Chicago Ballet. They’ll also be competing for a luxury sports automobile. Monica is enraged and confronts Nick. But this merely stokes the fire. Justin’s father kicked him out when he found out he was gay. Nick and the team approach Justin’s father, learning about his football passion. He’s enraged that Justin interrupted the big game to proclaim he’s gay. Nick invites him to attend the ballet.
The ballet goes on as planned, and everyone enjoys the show. After the show, the gang heads out, conversing until Monica and Wayne arrive with bad news. Claude’s VISA has expired, thus he’s out of the show immediately. When Gabby is disappointed, Reggie decides to help her feel better. They break into a dentist convention and start dancing and drinking. Kevin refuses to pick up his phone, so Julia ends up talking to Raven on the webcam site. He’s also been paying Raven’s tuition. The huge performance in front of the Chicago Ballet takes place in the morning. The next day, Brittney feels ill-prepared to perform, especially after vomiting in her luggage. So Gabby is the White Swan! Sadly, things go wrong shortly after Gabby takes the stage. Justin’s father interrupts his plans.
Then, with the cameras filming, Justin and his father argue. In reality, Justin has always felt left out by his brothers’ obsession with athletics. It’s evident from his on-camera chat that he’s proud of Justin but doesn’t know how to express it. The crew gets ready that night, singing and dancing through the halls. Beautiful one-shot sequence, culminating in them gathered in the corridor, preparing for the big show. Bravo to the guys for filming this, it’s a masterpiece. When the gang returns home, Gabby gets the car. In addition, Julia finds that Kevin has been spending more of her money and is currently in Costa Rica.
