Supergirl Episode 608 Synopsis: SUPER FRIENDS REUNITED! As Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and Zor-El (guest star Jason Behr) make their return to National City, they are determined to keep the Phantom Zone behind them and enjoy being superheroes together. Unfortunately, their overzealous efforts backfire, creating a whole new threat to National City.

“Fear Knot” is the midseason finale episode of Supergirl Season 6, as well as the one hundred and the thirteenth and most current episode overall. On May 11, 2021, it aired.
Kara meets Zor-El beside the Anchor, and the two realize that the Anchor’s destruction has thrown the entire area into disarray. Zor-el fends off a Phantom attack on Kara Danvers. Supergirl is overcome by the Phantom’s terror and believes that if the others arrive to save her, they will all perish.
Kara has a Fear Vision of her companions’ deaths while escaping with Zor-El. While M’gann stays behind to guard National City, Brainy and Nia return with Kara’s DNA, J’onn converts the Tower into a spaceship, and they head towards the Phantom Zone. Kelly teaches everyone how to deal with Fear Visions, which leads to a fight between J’onn and Alex over who is most equipped to recover Kara. When a Phantom escapes confinement, everyone is subjected to Fear Visions. Alex imagines herself being infected by a Phantom and having to sacrifice herself to keep the Phantoms at bay.
A Kelpie, a legendary creature that drowns everyone onboard, is seen by Lena. Kelly sees her pals becoming infected and begins to doubt her own power. After failing to understand Nia’s dreams, Brainy is dragged out of the ship. Due to their alien natures, J’onn and Brainy are unaffected and are able to drive the Phantom back into containment, putting an end to the Fear Visions. Kara and Zor-El are rescued and returned to Earth, while Nyxly sneaks up to the top of the Tower and joins them.
