At the end of the third episode of Snowfall, Franklin gave Leon a warning, telling him to either choose a side in the conflict or to remain out of it altogether. In the side story for this week, we get to see Leon make his choice. In other news, Leon (Isaiah John) and Deon (Quincy Chad) get into a heated argument concerning the future of the projects, and Gustavo (Sergio Peris-Mencheta) is forced to make a decision that is extremely challenging.
In the fourth episode of the final season, Franklin (Damson Idris), who hasn’t had to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty in the kitchen for quite some time, is forced to do so in order to teach some low-level lieutenants how to make crack cocaine. He believes that it is important due to the fact that his business with Kane (played by DeVaughn Nixon) is not producing the profits that he had anticipated. The saddest and weirdest thought to have going into this episode is, of course, that we are now close to halfway through this final season. To get things started, we now have the canonical name for this upcoming fifth episode of the fifth season of Snowfall. The authors came up with the name “Ebony and Ivory” for this particular piece. As Franklin engages in a heated confrontation in the fifth episode, it seems like there will be some scenes that are quite emotional, dramatic, exciting, and possibly even action-filled. In addition to this, Leon makes a significant move. It would appear that at some point Leo is going to consolidate his influence over all of the enterprises.
Franklin Saint’s voyage will continue, but we can now more accurately describe it as Franklin Saint’s desperate journey. This individual will stop at nothing to get his revenge on Teddy. In this episode, Franklin will wind up having a talk with Teddy’s father, and that conversation will eventually blossom into a full-blown fight! Yep, things are going to become very heated on the Franklin front as a result of this week’s events. To put a stop to Teddy’s antics at this point, he must be either arrested or killed, and Franklin may not even have to exert much effort to achieve either of those ends.
