NCIS Season 19 Episode 4 Recap

We watched Gibbs and McGee head to Alaska to conclude one more case together in the previous episode. But after the task was completed, Gibbs lingered in Alaska to tell his long-time friend and coworker that he had finally found serenity for the first time in a long time. let’s find it in the recap. Gibbs and McGee are planning a trip to Arkansas. Vance is aware, but Parker is enraged that others are assisting him in his escape. The two continue their mission in Arkansas, where they track down Sonia and confront her. They leave after she states that she is too preoccupied. Parker appears on the pier and takes Gibbs into custody. They tell Parker about Sonia, and despite the fact that he doesn’t believe all they say, he goes through with it. They face Sonia again, but Gibbs lets her go because of bureaucratic red tape, he claims. When Sonia departs and gets in her car outside, this causes even more complications.

Before we realize that Parker is detaining her, she picks up her phone and rings. They check who she last phoned and find Phil, indicating that he is the one who hired the killers. According to Parker, he spoke with Fornell and discovered that Gibbs did not deserve to be arrested. Gibbs was dismissed by his boss for making an unpopular decision that jeopardized everything, but he is now free. McGee tearfully leaves him behind because he has opted to stay in Naktok Bay. Vance informs Torres that Parker has lost his job, which he did not deserve in order to save Gibbs, causing us to wonder what was going on with the squad.
