Arpi investigates Neil during Jayden’s Western Themed Murder Mystery Night, discovering that he is spending all of his money on a space elevator. At the end of the day, Arpi decides to do what is best for the city. In the thick of it all, Mikaela discovers why James turned down her date invitation and realizes she still has a shot. Even Jayden meets someone who is similar to him, and Neil assures him that he will not die alone.

Mr. Mayor Season 2 Episode 8 Spoiler

“Titi B.” is the title. According to the episode’s official synopsis, Titi B., a major influencer, will be visiting the City Office. Neil inadvertently becomes enraged with Titi B., and he may now have to find a way to apologize and make amends with the influencer. In the midst of it all, we might see Arpi enlisting Jayden’s assistance in figuring out how to be less obnoxious at public appearances.

Josie Totah, the breakthrough star of Saved by the Bell, is taking a vacation from Bayside to make a funny guest appearance on Mr. Mayor. She plays Titi B, a “tour de force, iconic Kylie Jenner-esque influencer” in the comedy developed by Tina Fey and Robert Carlock, who causes difficulties for Neil Bremer (Ted Danson) following an unexpected encounter in the final three episodes of season 2.

“Titi is sort of an aggregation of every problem that has emerged from social media,” Totah told ET about the wildly unhinged figure, which is inspired by “people that I see giving hot takes on TikTok” as well as “people that I see giving hot takes on TikTok.”

Totah believes Titi is the furthest she’s gone on the film “as far as being a caricature” compared to her prior parts, notably cruel adolescent Lexi on Saved.

Mr. Mayor Season 2 Episode 7 Recap

Jayden invites the entire staff to his house for a murder mystery party. Normally, people would shun such a gathering, but Arpi agrees to attend after learning that Neil will be present. She is hopeful that her plan will be funded because the I team was able to discover a budgetary surplus of $90 million to cover their cost. Mikaela is perplexed as to why James invited her to the party and tells Tommy about it, thinking that it has something to do with his romantic interest in her. Arpi uses the chance to submit her proposal memo as everyone gets into character for the murder mystery party and reads their character cards. Neil dismisses it, claiming that he wants to do something ‘interesting’ with the money, and Arpi notices that Neil has already decided where he will put the monies. Arpi reminds him of all the times she has intervened to prevent him from making a risky move that would be embarrassing for the company. Arpi then approaches Mikaela and asks if the mayor had any off-the-cuff encounters that afternoon, offering to assist her in determining James’ intentions in exchange for the information. Arpi then inquires as to whether it was him who suggested the mayor meet with Sebastian Felix. Arpi claims that Neil is simply going to support another gentrification program in Los Angeles, but Neil reveals that he was actually going to sponsor space elevator,’ which he believes would be the future of space travel.
