After Henry and Nikki attend a night at the library together, Jin and Mei Li (Kheng Hua Tan) announce to their children that they will be closing the restaurant due to rising rents. . Ryan, still hurt by the breakup, is incredulous that his parents will leave their family business so quickly and move out.
Kerwin Tan (Ludi Lin) and Zhilan rob Kerwin’s father’s safe with shameless abandon. She only needs one weapon to complete his set, so Nicky and Henry travel to Sin City to meet Simon Lau, a pop star, and ask for details about the weapons and the forge. Simon admits that he is the custodian of the eighth mystical weapon.

Ryan encourages his parents to keep their restaurant open despite this admission. Nicky (Olivia Liang), who returns to the library, learns that Simon was referring to the mysterious sword Jade Scabbard. He shines a light through the jade scabbard, projecting a constellation that indicates the location. Nicky had a good meal with her family.
