Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 3 Pays Tribute to Treat Williams

Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 3 Treat Williams

A tribute episode of Blue Bloods was just shown to the late Treat Williams, who died in a terrible motorbike accident last June. Williams played Lenny Ross, a troubled former NYPD officer who used to work with Tom Selleck’s character, NYPD Commissioner Frank Reagan. Lenny told Frank that he was dying of cancer tied to 9/11 during one of his last appearances on the show.

The episode is called “Fear No Evil,” and it’s about how Frank deals with losing his friend Lenny. When Frank finds out that Lenny’s daughter Tess (played by Simone Policano) is in jail, he chooses to help her. In the show, Will Estes plays Jamie, and Will Hochman plays his nephew Joe Hill. They are trying to get a trafficking victim to reunite with her sister. Erin, played by Bridget Moynihan, makes her brother Danny, played by Donnie Wahlberg, angry when she uses his source in secret for one of her cases.

Williams’ performance as Lenny Ross was adored by both fans and his co-stars. William’s close friend Tom Selleck spoke of his sadness over the death, saying, “My friend Treat was aptly named and occupied his chair so well.” I’ll miss him, but I’ll never forget him.

Williams tragically died after an accident on his motorbike in Vermont. At first, the accident was thought to have happened when a driver tried to turn left into a parking lot and crossed into Williams’ path. Williams was flown to Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York, even though he was seriously hurt. There, he was declared dead. In New York, the medical examiner’s office found that Williams died from serious injuries and blood loss caused by the crash.

Williams started playing Lenny Ross on Blue Bloods in Season 6, and he and Frank Reagan quickly became great friends, both on and off-screen. Because his character was only on the show for six episodes, he was still able to make fans like him, making him one of the best guest stars Blue Bloods has ever had.

Overall, Season 14 Episode 3 of “Blue Bloods” had a touching and interesting plot that showed off the acting skills of Treat Williams and the rest of the group.  The show does a good job of honoring Treat Williams and what he did for the entertainment world. Williams made a big difference on Blue Bloods, and fans of both the show and Williams can respect that.
