Yellowstone Season 3 Episode 9 “Meaner Than Evil” to Pay Tribute to Wilford Brimley

In the last week’s episode 9 “Meaner Than Evil”, we saw the end of the episode Network has given to Pay Tribute with a title-card to Wilford Brimley.

but everyone’s mind has one question is, who is Wilford Brimley and where we saw him in the Yellowstone tv series? 

Yellowstone denotes him as a cowboy and an artist in their title card, as well as him being a “good friend.”

We never have seen him in Yellowstone, but he was well-known for his roles in cowboy movies throughout his life. His signature mustache and deep voice made him the ideal character of Western movies.  This is the perfect time for the series to pay tribute to the great cowboy, Brimley.

Golden Boot Awarded Brimley passed away on August 1 at the age of 85. He had been ill with a kidney condition for two months and died at a hospital in St. George, Utah.

Anthony Wilford Brimley was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on September 27, 1934. At age 14 and worked as a cowboy in Idaho.

He joined the Marines during the Korean War and served him for three years. He also worked as a bodyguard for businessman Howard Hughes, a ranch hand, wrangler, He then started shoeing horses for film and television. he began acting in the 1960s as a riding extra and stunt man in Westerns. He had no formal training as an actor.

His first dramatic role came after he was cast in the 1970s drama The Waltons as Horace Brimley His movies include The China Syndrome, The Thing, Tender Mercies, and The Natural. He was a singer and also recorded a number of albums. In the 1990s, the actor performed at Los Angeles-area clubs. He won Golden Boot Awards in 2005.
