Will Trent Season 2 Episode 8 Recap

the latest episode of “Will Trent,” Will and Angie were having a private moment at the start of the show, but Will’s nightmares cut them short. Angie’s calming presence led to a tender moment between them that showed how close they were becoming.

At the same time, Angie and Michael were told to look into Harry Baker’s death. Harry was found dead near the gun range at a lodge. The night before, he had been out with friends. The investigation showed that Harry had been hit in the back of the head from close range, which made the team think that there was foul play. As they dug deeper, they learned about Harry’s terrible past, which included seeing other Rangers die at Coast. This new information made Wallace, one of Harry’s friends, look like a possible suspect.

At the same time, Amanda’s news that Lily Watkins’ body had been found sparked a new interest among the team in solving her long-lost case. Lily, a girl who had been missing for 13 years, was found dead, which led to a new push to find her killer. Will remembered something from his own past that connected the clues he found in Lily’s room, such as a drawing of a tree.

A clue in the case came from Will’s memory of seeing a similar pattern on a flour jug in his foster home. Because he remembered putting a gun and bullets in the flour crock to keep the kids safe, he thought Mr. Royer, who could get into Lily’s room, might be involved. As the investigation went on, it became clear that Lily’s ex-boyfriend Ethan was obsessed with her, which made the case even more complicated.

As the team tried to figure out what happened to Harry and Lily, Will had to deal with his own problems. He had a deep understanding that he was not to blame for the abuse he had been through when a memory from his past came back to him. Will told Angie in a raw moment that he wanted to be nicer to himself and to other people. Sharing their weaknesses made their relationship stronger and hinted at a bright future together.

Will Trent Season 2 Episode 8: Jack, Anna Flashback Explained!

In the newest episode of Will Trent, we finally find out why Will has been having flashbacks of himself when he was 12. It turns out that Will’s stress comes from a terrible event that happened when he was a child and his foster father, Sleeveless Jack, and his foster mother, Anna, abused him.

Shoulder-less Jack abused Anna when Will was young, so he tried to keep Anna safe by hiding Jack’s gun. One night, Jack made a threat against Anna. Will took out his gun and shot Jack in the arm. But this made things worse because Jack then pointed the gun at Will. Anna was sadly shot and killed by Jack while trying to protect her foster son.

Will tried to forget what happened for years because he thought he killed Anna. Will knows that Anna’s death wasn’t his fault with the help of his uncle Antonio. Antonio tells Will that Anna died because of a person who abused her, not because of anything Will did.
