Where was the movie Orphan: First Kill shot?

The prequel was created by The Devil Inside director William Brent Bell and The Haunting in Connecticut 2 writer David Coggeshall based on the characters created by Alex Mace, who also wrote the script for the original cult favorite Orphan. Esther is a psychopath who is 35 years old and has Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome, a gland ailment that makes her appear younger than she actually is. And she’s a sociopath, too.

Esther is at a mental facility in Estonia in the prologue. However, we learn that she goes by Leena Klamme. She runs away, hides in a new employee’s car, and quickly locates a photograph of an American missing child that she may pass for. Esther Albright is who she is. The mother Tricia (Julia Stiles of The Lake) and brother Gunner (Matthew Finlan) are wary of her, but the father Allen (Rossif Sutherland) is relieved that his daughter is back home. The movie’s icy undercurrent enhances the gripping and suspenseful narrative, which improves the whole viewing experience.
