Truth Be Told Season 2 Episode 4 Recap

The episode begins with Ramon arguing with Micah and telling her that Joshua hated her. He returns to his apartment and is found dead on the street, pushed out of his window. A man in a baseball cap flees the scene, his identity unknown. So, back to the puzzle. Markus looks into why Lachlan hid Micah’s personnel files. Finding out Lachlan was spying on everyone, he wonders “did Lachlan kill Ramon?” Poppy is surprised to learn that Markus is expecting a baby from the surveillance footage. Markus calls Ivy and informs her of the illegal surveillance. She feels guilty because it was a “moment of madness” and she loves her husband. Markus finally finds the man he chased, Holt. He tells Poppy he could’ve gotten a job There’s more! He also threatened Cydie Scoville on the bus.

Ingram and Poppy have an emotional talk in the episode’s second half, wherein he announces his return to New York. Earlier, they discuss Alana Cave’s case against Poppy, in which she claims Poppy’s podcast caused her husband’s death. Poppy goes to Micah’s house at the end of the episode, thinking she’s being sexually attacked by Holt, so she tries to call the cops. Poppy, on the other hand, gets knocked unconscious by an unknown individual. It’s impossible to discern if Micah was hooking up with Holt or if she was being attacked because of the way the series framed the scene.
