Dan Conner (John Goodman) asks Louise (guest star Katey Sagal) to visit newborn Beverly Rose with him. When they’re alone together, he opens up about wanting to start dating.

Becky (Lecy Goranson) and her newborn daughter, Beverly Rose, are moving in, but the only room left is the basement. As a surprise, all of the Conners banded together to redecorate it into a beautiful home for mom and baby.

Becky (Lecy Goranson) realizes all of her money has to go to caring for her newborn, and she doesn’t know what to do. Darlene (Sara Gilbert) tells her she and the baby need to move back home again, and Dan (John Goodman) agrees
